Due to growth and expansion, AEC Resources is continuing to increase our market presence by hiring a Recruiter that will be focused on account acquisition and retention.

What makes a successful Recruiter?

5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a third party or agency recruiting/staffing setting.
2+ years in a business development or account management capacity.
Ability to communicate effectively; both verbal and written.
Entrepreneurial mindset, money motivated, sports-minded, competitive, driven attitude.

The Recruiter Role:
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Obtain and generate leads through prospecting to assist with account acquisition.
Ability to execute a territory sales plan for assigned region.

Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to express and discuss AEC Resources' value proposition and to ensure the continuous development of future relationships/partnerships with clients.

Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome for both parties.
Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients by maintaining market knowledge and consistent contact with clients.

Identify, evaluate, and summarize relevant qualifications, technical experience, knowledge, hard and soft skills, and abilities of candidates in relation to specific job requirements.

Negotiate salary, resolve possible candidate concerns, obtain candidate commitment for the position, and set expectations.
Coordinate candidate/client interviews, and prepare each party for the interview.
Maintain candidate/client relationships and build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly sales quotas (established by management upon employment).
Utilize CRM system to track, manage, and analyze sales activities and trends.
