We will count on you to:
Review and action daily queries and rejection messages logged in GC's messaging systemResolve B2B related questions from assigned marketsFollow protocols to modify GC processing system to onboard / modify B2B distributionsWorking with assigned reinsurers and IT Department to support B2B functionsRun series of reports for internal and external partiesCreate, modify and execute message scenarios for testing with B2B Trading PartnersEvaluate impact of GC workflow on B2B messagingParticipate in trading partner conference calls as well as B2B community groups (i.e. Ruschlikon Business Implementation Group)Work with CSS client teams to on board incoming B2B messages from clients.

What you need to have:
4 Year College Degree (B.S.

or B.A) and/or 2-5 years of equivalent professional work experience in insurance, reinsurance or risk managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high performance team. Attention to detail in completing assigned tasks.

What makes you stand out:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance5 + years of reinsurance/insurance, accounting/claims or professional experience.
Strong knowledge of reinsurance concepts and principles, laws and regulatory requirements (i.e., FATCA, etc.) and general business trends.
Strong track record of successful Client account management, relationship management, engagement and development.

Strong verbal and writing skills for complex communications (presentations, negotiations, etc.) with clients, markets and GC colleagues at all levels.

Previous knowledge of reinsurance and/or insurance concepts preferred.
Knowledge of contract law, contract provisions, reinsurance concepts and principles, basic regulatory controls and general business trends.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,300 to $91,900.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
