Job Overview:
  • Collaborate with OpCo leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of HR, including employee relations, training, compensation, and compliance.
  • Use HR expertise, business sense, and interpersonal skills to excel in this role.

Compensation Package:
$85k-$110K salary with a 20% bonus opportunity.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday with full on-site presence required, occasional early or late hours may be needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management by providing tailored solutions to meet operational objectives.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements for Ideal Candidate:
  • Knowledge of HR principles, regulations, and laws.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and time management.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
