- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and skilled at multitasking
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Welcome and check-in visitors
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Record and balance petty cash
- Tabulate and enter production and billing data
- Process shipment totals
- Manage roll inventory daily
- Handle A/P and freight invoices
- Manage A/P, fiber, and purchase order files
- Support HR with new hires, recordkeeping, employee relations, and event planning
- Additional tasks as assigned
Hourly pay range is between $19 and $21
