//worldlink- WHO we're looking for: We are looking for a Promotion & Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing sales data, optimizing promotional strategies, managing eCommerce operations as it relates to promotions and ensuring sales targets are met through effective promotional activities and operational efficiency

Role and Responsibilities:
Create/Maintain promotion calendar.
PUMI submission, tracking & change management.
TIM submission & approval.
Weekly Promotion ROI analysis & performance reporting.

Required Experience and Education:
3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
Bachelor's DegreePrior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices and trends.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
Ability to navigate the organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
