Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Operations Support Analyst will provide critical support to the Servicing Operations team, ensuring seamless communication between Hyundai Capital America and our servicing vendor. This role will be responsible for analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the servicing vendor to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Customer Service Operations to ensure effective communication between Hyundai Capital America and the servicing vendor.
  • Perform trend analysis and provide recommendations to drive departmental results in alignment with strategic vision.
  • Support analysis, reporting, forecasting, and effective use of business systems to drive process improvements.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Hyundai Capital America to drive improvement in quality, service, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence using intellect and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand analysis, reporting, technical processes, and business systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related experience in financial institutions; finance companies, banking, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of loan and/or lease systems desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Working Conditions:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking. Work is performed in an office environment.
