This role involves working closely with asset managers to develop and review budgets, leases, and financial statements to make recommendations and forecast asset performance. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multifamily asset performance against budget and investment projections by analyzing financial and market data.
  • Assist in developing annual capital and operating budgets.
  • Research and report variances to stakeholders.
  • Forecast asset performance and returns considering debt/equity parameters.
  • Analyze market trends and impacts on portfolio performance.
  • Track progress of capital projects and assess ROI.
  • Evaluate revenue-enhancing initiatives and cost-saving strategies.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and standards.
  • Occasionally conduct property inspections.
  • Complete ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Knowledge of multifamily real estate industry is a plus.
