Program Details:
The Summer Analyst program spans nine weeks, offering selected interns a chance to engage with seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience in the field of affordable housing.

Interns will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with senior management and industry partners.
  • Participate in specialized training sessions to enhance analytical and technical skills.
  • Build professional relationships through a mentorship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Summer Analyst, you will focus on:

  • Monitoring and analyzing asset performance.
  • Identifying potential challenges and contributing to business plan development.
  • Conducting property valuations and market assessments.
  • Collaborating with joint venture partners.
  • Reviewing budgets and schedules to uncover profit-maximizing opportunities.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of potential real estate acquisitions.

Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must be currently enrolled as undergraduate students.
