Position Overview:

The AUM Reporting Analyst within Global Business Services is tasked with the development of workflows and automation aimed at enhancing process efficiencies in the generation of assets under management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead automation initiatives across the Finance GBS team, focusing on Revenue and AUM reporting.
  • Oversee the month-end AUM reporting processes for a global perspective, including North America and EMEA, utilizing tools such as Alteryx and Excel.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for GBS processes, ensuring effective management of AUM and Revenue workflows.
  • Drive substantial improvements in process workflows and monthly reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare and refine AUM automation and reporting enhancements for both Daily and Monthly views for business line managers and executive leadership.
  • Assist in the documentation for new account setups in Oracle.
  • Support ad hoc AUM/Revenue reporting requests, both internal and external.
  • Conduct special analyses and tasks as directed by Finance department leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation requirements for areas of responsibility.
  • Perform account and variance analyses, identifying discrepancies and documenting findings.
  • Foster relationships with key colleagues and business partners to enhance team effectiveness; collaborate with other GBS Finance Managers and Directors as needed.
  • In partnership with the Global Shared Service Center/Hyderabad Team, prepare comprehensive reporting on assets under management and product flows, including Daily Flows, Large Flow, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Compile monthly AUM submissions for corporate reporting.
  • Engage in an environment focused on automation and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate work transitions to offshore shared service centers, including process documentation and training resources.
  • Provide support to clients, primarily Invesco employees, regarding areas of responsibility.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems is highly preferred; degrees in Accounting or Finance are acceptable with a solid understanding of systems and applications.

Experience with Alteryx or spreadsheet-intensive tasks is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with diverse individuals across various functions and locations.

Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in financial data review are required.

A high degree of adaptability to change is necessary, along with the ability to work within international matrix reporting structures.

Proficiency in computer applications, particularly spreadsheet software (Excel, Alteryx), is crucial.

Team collaboration skills are vital for success in this role.

Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is preferred.
