Pay:
$19.57- $27.87

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Main responsibility will be to assist the California stores with requesting, gathering, and processing/submitting information to corporate payroll for final processing including data entry such as mileage and bonus information.

Running and sending reports for missing punches, meal/break penalties. Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records. Ensures human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. Back up other human resources staff as needed.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

Hich school diploma with some college coursework in Human Resources preferred; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to handle confidential information.

One to three years Human Resources experience and Bi-lingual a plus; Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, and Outlook.

Must be comfortable using formulas. Ability to present to a large group and/or to management if needed. Establish trusting and cooperative relationships due to the confidentiality nature of information.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.


Heavy Work:
Lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment:
Indoor climate-controlled environment.
