Responsibilities:

  • Dialysis Patient Coordination:
    • Schedule and arrange appointments for dialysis patients.

Cooperate with dialysis units for smooth patient transitions and timely treatments.

Act as the primary point of contact for dialysis patients, addressing their inquiries and issues.

Communication with Healthcare Providers:
  • Work with nephrologists to ensure care plans and schedules are aligned.

Effectively communicate with hospitals to plan dialysis-related procedures and treatments.

Facilitate transparent communication between the patient and healthcare providers.

Scheduling Hospital Procedures for Vascular Surgeon:
