Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients, including phone and walk-in triage, and assist with procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between disciplines.
- Develop and implement accurate teaching and discharge plans to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Act as a source of information and provide resources, guidance, and education to patients and families about diagnosis and treatment.
- Minimum of 6 months demonstrated nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.
- Current California RN license.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
- Cardiovascular clinical experience.
- Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families.
