Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Accounting Clerk)

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $ $20.00/hourly *DOE*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate client invoices and manage submission for payment.
  • Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
  • Address and rectify invoicing discrepancies and adjustments.
  • Assist with various reconciliations, reports, and tasks related to the invoicing, collections, and accounting functions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in invoicing or accounting is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new software programs.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong professional track record.
  • Comfortable working in a corporate office environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Capable of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and document creation targets established by management.
