Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Project Administrator to enhance our project management efforts and facilitate the effective execution of construction agreements. This position will collaborate closely with the leadership team to achieve and surpass project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation, analysis, and negotiation of contracts to ensure adherence to legal and corporate standards.
  • Verify customer contracts, purchase orders, and related documents for precision.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts under the guidance of the President.
  • Ensure compliance with pre-lien notifications, licensing, insurance, bonds, and safety protocols.
  • Support litigation management and conflict resolution as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the President and executive team, including managing schedules and communications.
  • Act as a liaison among Customers, Project Managers, Operations, Finance, and Sales departments.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Construction Contract Administration or a similar role.
  • CPCM certification is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong comprehension of contract documents and construction regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Required: Experience in Construction Contract Administration.
  • Optional: CPCM certification.
  • Optional: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
