Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our executive leadership team.

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a cohesive HR strategy that supports the company's growth, culture, and business objectives.
Lead the development of HR policies and programs that drive performance, engagement, and retention.

Talent Development:
Build robust talent management frameworks to attract, develop, retain, and promote top talent across all levels of the organization.
Implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

Culture Champion:


Act as a guardian and cultivator of the company culture, ensuring it evolves with our growth while maintaining core values and employee engagement.

Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace that fosters innovation and collaboration.

Acquisition Integration:
Smoothly integrate talent and HR practices from newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing standards and culture.
Develop strategies to manage change effectively and maintain employee morale during transitions.

HR Operations:
Oversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.

Executive Advising:
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to people management.
Provide strategic counsel on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience leading HR/People at a Director/VP or C-Level in a fast-growing and changing organization.
Experienced best-in-class HR operations in a large or sophisticated environment.
Experience managing the HR/People side of integration during M&A.
Strong understanding of HR legislation, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and influence.
Strategic business acumen and the ability to connect People strategy to operational growth.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred)
