Position: Core Faculty Member - Family Medicine Residency Program
University of Maryland Capital Region Health Family Medicine Residency Program is looking for a dedicated core faculty member to guide and mentor residents.
Responsibilities:
- Teach residents to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Model professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care
- Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to residents
- Participate in clinical discussions, rounds, and conferences
- Prepare and deliver lectures for residents
- Supervise and teach in inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Engage in scholarly activities with residents
- Mentor residents and assist with their development
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the University of Maryland Capital Region Health Medical Staff
- Maryland state medical license and DEA certificate
