Role: Core Faculty Member - Family Medicine Residency Program

The Family Medicine Residency Program at the University of Maryland Capital Region Health is seeking a committed core faculty member to mentor and guide residents in their professional journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct residents in delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care
  • Exemplify professionalism and dedication to patient-centered practices
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to residents
  • Engage in clinical discussions, rounds, and educational conferences
  • Design and present lectures tailored for residents
  • Oversee and educate in both inpatient and outpatient environments
  • Participate in scholarly initiatives alongside residents
  • Guide residents and support their professional growth

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the University of Maryland Capital Region Health Medical Staff
  • Possession of a Maryland state medical license and DEA certificate
