Key Responsibilities- Provide primary health care through assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in coordination with the multidisciplinary team
- Conduct physical exams, order and review laboratory and diagnostic procedures, and prescribe treatments as indicated
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of protocols and policies
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current NJ state license; CDS and DEA certification
- CPR certification
- NP Certification
