Insight Global is looking for a Grant Research Admin for their higher education/healthcare client in Newark, NJ. This role will work within the Office of Research to help process NIH grant proposals for clinical research projects and trials. This person will support different Principal Investigators to help with the research, budget, and overal scope of the proposal to submit. There will be different projects at once to conduct this trend of work for. The role will also include checking the proposals for errors, collecting the documents, and processing everything through internal systems. There will also be an additional administrative office component to this role to help process POs, expenses, and other office duties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of NIH Grant Research exp
  • Experience working w/ Principal Investigators (PIs) to create NIH grant proposals/grant budgets/grant applications
  • Healthcare, Clinical, and/or higher education working experience
  • Computer efficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to help with processing POs, internal expenses, system payments, etc
  • Bachelors degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • CRA cert (Certified Research Admin)
  • Higher Education Clinical Research experience
