About the Position:


The role of Director of Sales and Marketing entails overseeing and managing various aspects of the sales operation within the hotel premises.

Responsibilities include driving group sales, business transient, and catering efforts, supervising the Director of Group Sales and Director of Catering Sales, collaborating with the Executive committee to establish the hotel's yearly Asset Management Plan (AMP), as well as supervising all Digital Marketing, Communication, and PR activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving team rooms and catering revenue goal of 100% or above
  • Meeting or surpassing the business transient goal by 100%
  • Conducting accountability meetings with sales leadership team regularly
  • Communicating hotel objectives across the organization to keep the sales team motivated
  • Supervising eCommerce and Marketing strategies for the hotel
  • Recruiting, hiring, and monitoring the performance of the sales team
