The Event Manager plays a pivotal role in our Industry & Event Marketing team, bringing strategic vision to life in every event.

Key responsibilities of the Event Manager include:

  • Supervising event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, overseeing event details according to timelines.
  • Evaluating event performance against goals and managing post-event processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of event management experience with a focus on high-level industry events.
  • Strong background in supervising staff, event marketing, production management, and sponsorships.
  • Exceptional vendor management, contract negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and flexibility to work during scheduled events and travel as needed.
