Hours: Full Time (36 Hours a Week) Day Shift

Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, triages phone calls as necessary. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital setting. As Patient Liaison duties will include meeting patients on admission, inventory personal belonging, log and secure valuables in safe, inventory medication. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the necessary transportation of patients to and from outside appointments.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a senior secretary role, including 1 year of medical services background in scheduling, medical terminology or physician's or hospital office administration.
