Alaska Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Cardiac Surgical Unit. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Experience in a Cardiac Surgical Unit or similar setting preferred.
