Our Opportunity
GPJ is currently looking for a Registration Specialist.

The Registration Specialist is responsible for helping plan, develop, and execute registration program operations from concept to onsite execution.

As one of the main contacts for your clients, you will have your finger on the pulse of the day-to-day workings of your key account.

Travel and on-location support will be required (minimum 6 times per year).

_ About the work _

  • Manage and complete various tasks on the registration timeline
  • Manage data integrity, quality control, and accuracy
  • Work with the Global Contact Center to communicate event updates (changes, launches, cutoffs)
  • Collaborate and communicate with the account's Registration Team to support your clients, and their vendors, exhibitors and conference attendees
  • Collaborate and communicate with the account's Technical Account Team to support the technical specifications and testing for Registration and virtual event platforms
  • Assist with the planning and management of the onsite registration process including badge requirements, floor plans, crowd floor and technical requirements
  • Participate in the management of registration reporting and attendee correspondence as needed

_About you _

  • You have 1+ years of experience in event services, hospitality, or a related field/agency
  • You're proactive, motivated and flexible
  • You can roll with the punches and adjust your strategies accordingly
  • Your communication skills are unmatched you're comfortable writing, speaking, and working directly as a partner to clients
  • You are described as a reliable problem solver and actiontaker, and no task is too small
  • You exercise mature judgment and assume responsibility for decisions
  • Your computer skills are strong and you're willing to learn, use, and manage a variety of registrationrelated software solutions.
  • You are comfortable utilizing Google Sheets/G-Suite and confident in learning/working with webbased systems
  • You're a naturalborn leader and onsite staff look to you for guidance and direction
  • You have the ability to travel and work onlocation as required

_Salary range__ $58K - $65k_

  • Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location._
