  • Mentoring company trainers and promoting standard training programs

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Familiarity with environmental, health & safety regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Team management and motivation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong attendance record and willingness to work flexible hours
