Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to company planning meetings and work to cascade the overall direction of all production teams.
  • Manage key performance indicators such as project schedules, productivity, yield, capital expenditures, revenue, and HR/Safety metrics.
  • Collaborate with others to improve variances to metric goals to optimize company performance.
  • Proactively propose and deploy measures to prevent risks to business operations.
  • Establish production goals and monitor production performance on a day-to-day basis.
  • Synchronize information flow between multiple IT systems.
  • Play a key role in communication between parent companies and the joint venture.
  • Manage LH Battery's routine meetings and support the CEO's schedule as necessary.
  • Support meeting content preparations within the JV and with our business partners.
  • Estimate and track yearly, monthly, and daily productivity plans to set company targets.
  • Collaborate and guide inventory management teams for monthly closings and consistency of inventory counts.
  • Strategize plans for manpower resource management and investment planning.
  • Evaluate production feasibility and update Line of Balance (LOB) on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare in-depth reports to senior management for optimal decision making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business, or relevant experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or relevant experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including ERP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Manufacturing Legacy System.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
  • Able to work flexible hours occasionally to support team needs.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in accomplishing goals.
  • Ability to multitask and solve complex problems.
  • Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
