Safety and Security Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated part-time Safety and Security Specialist to oversee one 8-hour shift each week.

The Safety and Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring the protection of our facilities, addressing disturbances, managing complaints, and preventing theft, vandalism, and accidents. This role also includes supporting other departments during their absence.

In addition, the Specialist will provide emergency medical assistance, compile shift summaries and incident reports, and collaborate with management, guests, law enforcement, rescue teams, and fire personnel during emergency situations.


Qualifications: Candidates should possess 3 to 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in First Aid/CPR is required, and training will be provided by Smugglers'. A valid driver's license is essential. The ideal candidate will be in excellent physical condition, have a friendly demeanor, possess the ability to de-escalate situations, and maintain a clean criminal record. This opportunity is available for immediate engagement.
