As a Product Manager for Merchant Services, you will be part of a fast-paced team that is tasked with identifying, scoping, and launching new & cutting-edge solutions for our merchant clients.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Risk, Sales, etc., to develop go-to-market strategies & grow business within the Bank for Merchant Services.
Support key Semi-Annual key Card Network updates to support SVB and merchant clients.Lead product and go-to-market strategy development w/ internal & external partners to support for new Merchant Services products
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in key merchant services Vendors and Partners, Sales, Credit Underwriting, Risk, Operations, Implementations, etc. to develop end-to-end ownership and expertise on our Merchant Services products.
Conduct analysis and research trends in the Merchant Services arena to iterate and manage our product roadmap and support the Merchant Services Client Experience program.
Lead Semi-Annual Payment Brand updates and complete release analysis to understand SVB impacts and ensure end-to-end ownership of any impacted changes to SVB and merchant clients.
Support for SVB's long term product growth, how we can best leverage existing partnerships, identify new partnerships and how we will ultimately differentiate client segments and/or geographies.
Other:
This role has significant autonomy on prioritizing work for the product & partnership teams, prioritizing backlog and developing our Merchant Services roadmap.
In collaboration, this role can make decisions on how processes are carried out, including product implementation decisions and timeframes.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or (HS or GED with 4 additional years of relevant experience)
4+ years' experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or Management Consulting
Preferred
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience, (preferably in Payments, Financial Services, or Management Consulting)
Excellent problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, thinking creatively, generating and testing hypotheses, and providing actionable recommendations
Excellent project management skills; must be able to manage multiple work streams independently
Strong analytic thinking and analysis skills, financial modeling, and data aggregation skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting

Ability to lead and motivate formal and informal teams to deliver on tight-timelines and complex projects
Ability to identify and draw on analytical tools and techniques to develop new insights for large and complex business case projects
