Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- CPR License
- Experience with EMR software preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Positive work ethic and dedication
- Basic computer proficiency
- Team player with ability to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient care data accurately
- Prepare and conduct patient evaluations
- Establish treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and patients
- Provide education and training to patients
- Administer safe and effective interventions
- Write detailed reports of treatments provided
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect
- Perform other assigned duties
