Physiatrist Position

JAG Physical Therapy is a leading provider of comprehensive outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. With 100 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, devising creative treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Collect and record patient care data, adhering to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for evaluations, obtaining patient history, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
• Identify the need for consultations and referrals to other healthcare professionals or services.
• Provide education and training to patients and their support systems.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including exercise prescription and modalities.
• Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides.
• Attend annual JAG Billing and Coding seminar.
• Promote JAG in the community through lectures and presentations.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
• Valid CPR License.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
