Job Description:
  • Responsible for leading, motivating, and ensuring accountability of assigned team members or CVS work area (production, pack-out, etc.)
  • Oversees weekly scheduling of team members or work area, considering workflow volume and delivery times to avoid customer impacts. Enforces punctuality and attendance policies.
  • Ensures the team's work is accurate and efficient (processing, pack-out, etc.)
  • Manages work coordination and flow in the team's area to complete assignments promptly
  • Provides guidance to team members requiring additional direction
  • Independently resolves complex out-of-balance transactions and has approval authority
  • Monitors productivity standards and offers training for improvement
  • Conducts daily Huddles to facilitate effective communication and address any issues
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, regulations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identifies process enhancement opportunities and executes improvements in collaboration with other supervisors
  • Prioritizes safety and security, reporting any concerns promptly
  • Ensures compliance with Company Escalation and Security Notification Policies
  • Participates in Teller's balance orders/deposits ensuring accurate work allocation
Knowledge, Skills, and Education Required:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (BS/BA Preferred)
  • Strong Mathematical, Verbal, and Comprehension Skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, secure production environment
  • 2+ Years of active experience in production-type operations
  • Ownership mindset, decision-making ability, with a focus on issue resolution
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, additional weight with assistance
  • Pushing, pulling, and maneuvering containers and/or carts up to 150 pounds
