Role Responsibilities:

The LPN plays a crucial role in meeting resident needs, following care plans, observing resident status, and responding to changes. They also oversee shift routines and provide guidance to unlicensed staff.


Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in Minnesota
  • Understanding of Assisted Living regulations (preferred)
  • Ability to perform assessments and meet physical demands of the role
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • CPR certification
