Description:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team, offering crucial support across various Human Resources functions.
This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including running and creating analytical reports, conducting and analyzing data, and developing insightful presentations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on analytics and reporting, and must be proficient in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred.The role also requires maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), conducting and analyzing exit interviews, managing interview processes, and efficiently handling scheduling and calendar management.
Excellent attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks, are essential for success in this position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Running & creating reports
- Analyzing Data
- Developing presentations
- Maintaining the LMS
- Conducting incoming AND exit interviews
- Scheduling & managing calendars
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in HR role (Preferred analytics and reporting)
- SAP Experience
- Mastery of MS Office products
- Familiarity in the HR field with common used concepts and terms
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
