About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative at Fieldguide, you will play a crucial role in our go-to-market team, engaging with potential customers and driving growth.
What You'll Do:
- Source new business and refine processes. Drive outbound efforts, support Account Executives, and schedule demo calls.
- Establish trust with prospects. Educate customers on Fieldguide's value and ROI.
- Become a Fieldguide expert. Stay informed about the platform, product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.
- Continuously improve and iterate. Collaborate on sales strategies, processes, and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth transitions. Work closely with Account Executives for seamless handoffs.
About You:
- Team player with a mission-first mindset.
- Hands-on BDR experience with potential for growth. Intrinsically motivated and goal-oriented.
- Passionate about finding qualified leads.
- Industry knowledge in assurance and advisory services, cybersecurity, or regulatory standards is a plus.
- Experience in a closing sales role would be advantageous.
