Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver TCWGlobal's value propositions effectively to global businesses
  • Engage in extensive research and outreach activities to connect with prospects
  • Guide prospects through the purchasing journey to optimize their contingent labor strategies with TCWGlobal's solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients through self-sourced lead management
  • Analyze prospect objectives to ascertain alignment with TCWGlobal's strategic offerings
  • Secure new business above quota levels
  • Collaborate with Client Relations Analysts and utilize StaffingNation software to implement sales strategies
  • Contribute innovative ideas to foster the company's core values and future vision
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Prior experience in employer of record services, payroll, or staffing is advantageous
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Demonstrated success in outreach activities like calls, emails, and networking
  • Exhibit a drive for success and readiness to excel in sales
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive outlook, growth-oriented mindset, and accountability for outcomes
  • Possess strong consultative sales skills and closing proficiency
  • Showcase top performance and goal orientation
  • Focused on objectives with belief in the impact of daily activities on goal achievement
