About the job Enterprise Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

As

Enterprise BDR , you'll

Most of the time:
Develop and implement strategic outbound plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise payers, providers, and life sciences
Build strategic outbound process to target key accounts and stakeholders at enterprise level organizations
Work closely with account executives to develop and execute outbound campaigns via custom emails, cold calls, social selling
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services

Some of the time:
Join prospect calls and professionally transition conversation to account executives
Lead internal meetings and training sessions
Document processes and make recommendations for improvements
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Revenue Operations to build enterprise outbound campaigns

Every now and then:
Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate leads

Requirements

What you bring to the Enterprise BDR role:1+ years of Enterprise BDR/SDR experience a mix of health tech startups and/or SaaS startups,
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a clear repeatable process
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strategic mind with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in selling software or technology solutions
Experience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Groove,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Self starter and innate entrepreneurial ability
