We're growing rapidly and currently seeking a talented Director of Account Management to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one. Responsibilities:
  • This role involves managing a team of 3 account managers and overseeing the success of your own account list
  • Act as a programmatic subject matter expert, collaborating with sales leads to drive account growth
  • Provide audience targeting recommendations for desktop, mobile, CTV, and audio campaigns, as well as promoting the use of Proximic by Comscore's targeting solutions
  • Stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, and programmatic advancements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in the programmatic or ad tech space, with a preference for hands-on trading experience
  • Solid understanding of the advertising technology landscape, including DSP's, SSP's, DMP's, and 3rd Party Data
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience with agencies, agency trading desks, and programmatic buying teams is advantageous
  • Proactive in business growth and retention
  • Exceptional skills in building client trust and recommending best practices
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • A mindset of being hands-on and proactive
  • Capacity to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
