Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst PM to join our Global E-commerce team. This role involves deepening insights into existing businesses, identifying growth opportunities, and providing valuable recommendations for effective management. The ideal candidate must excel in translating business language into data-driven insights, guiding strategic decisions across various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail data to uncover market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop predictive models and automate data processes using Python.
  • Utilize Power BI for data analysis.
  • Manage SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Lead projects within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
  • Implement data-driven strategies in collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Stay updated on analytics and retail technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and database management.
  • Experience with Tableau for creating visualizations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management or analysis, preferably in retail.
  • Familiarity with retail metrics and project management.

Pay & Benefits

Our compensation varies based on geographical markets. The base pay ranges from $138,000 to $163,000 annually, reflecting various factors such as location and expertise.
