Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. These services are performed by a network of Labcorp personnel located throughout the country.

Labcorp is currently looking for medical professionals to join their team and provide testing services at various events.

Summary:

Once hired, staff members will have the flexibility to select events in their area using Labcorp's scheduling system. They will also receive pre-event training on LES protocols.

The testing services include biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff members will be in charge of setting up, executing, and wrapping up events while ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct participant biometric screenings, including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis
  • Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, COVID-19 point of care antigen testing, and temperature checks
  • Ensure accurate capture of participant information and screening results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain participant privacy
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Complete any other assigned duties
Qualifications and Requirements:

Applicants should preferably have medical credentials such as CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc. A medical certification or license is mandatory in specific states.

Minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare environment is required. Proficiency in fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure measurement, and experience with Cholestech LDX are advantageous.

Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA, excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests are essential.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

State Requirements:

CA: CPT certification in CA or national certification is necessary for fingerstick procedures.

NV: CPT certification in NV is required for fingerstick procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 15 to 30 pounds when needed.

Pay Range:

$16 - $21 per hour

Benefits:
