Job Description:
  • Contribute significantly to the excellent reputation of UCLA Health in providing top-notch patient and customer care.
  • Deliver high-quality patient services via phone for assigned practices/service areas.
  • Act as the first point of contact, directing callers to the appropriate clinic/service.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records system for effective patient care communication and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, urgency, reliability, data entry, active listening, and phone etiquette.
  • Handle various tasks as needed across departments.

Job Qualifications:
