Job Description:
- Contribute significantly to the excellent reputation of UCLA Health in providing top-notch patient and customer care.
- Deliver high-quality patient services via phone for assigned practices/service areas.
- Act as the first point of contact, directing callers to the appropriate clinic/service.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records system for effective patient care communication and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, urgency, reliability, data entry, active listening, and phone etiquette.
- Handle various tasks as needed across departments.

Job Qualifications:
- Flexible and adaptable to varying work hours and assignments.
