We're looking for a Medical Director
Newton-Wellesley Medical Group (NWMG), part of Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, is in search of a Medical Director to oversee our outpatient primary care practice in Waltham, MA. Seeking candidates who are board certified or board eligible in FM or Med-Peds.
The Role:
As a crucial member of the clinical team, the Medical Director will report to the Director of Primary Care and provide comprehensive primary care services within their expertise, such as diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and preventive health maintenance for patients.
Apart from clinical duties, the Medical Director will also supervise and evaluate primary care providers and specialists, lead process improvements in clinical care, patient access, staffing, and more. They will contribute to quality improvement efforts, budgeting, and strategic planning.
