What Will You Do?

As a Public Service Representative, you will work in a contact center environment.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries providing explanations of laws, rules, policies and procedures and programs, to explain requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Utilize computer-based systems to review, retrieve and update information.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in customer service. One year of which must have included explanation of rules, regulations, and policies and responsibility for dealing with unique or unusual situations.
