Leaves of Absence and ADA Accommodations
Provide support to associates, ADA and Leaves of Absence team members, key stakeholders and vendors relating to the Leaves of Absence, ADA, and Ergonomics Programs.

Responsibility Overview:
  • This position is responsible for providing support to associates, DA and Leaves of Absence team members, key stakeholders and vendors relating to the Leaves of Absence, ADA, and Ergonomics Programs.
  • This includes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as providing service support to the ADA and Leaves of Absence teams.
  • Position is measured on timeliness, accuracy, and quality of service support to teams.
  • The position will also be responsible for documenting processes and implementing process improvement suggestions. There will also be some small project work involvement.
Project Details:
  • Dynamic collaboration between 2 high functioning teams.
  • Results directly benefit teams as well as associates on a leave of absence and/or requesting an accommodation.
Team Details:
  • LOA team- 6 associates and ADA team- 5 associates
Training:
  • On the job shadowing- 2-4 weeks
