WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Attaining commercial sales and growth targets within the assigned territory to support Division, Region, and Company objectives.
  • Creating a local strategy and business plan to achieve personalized territory goals, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
  • Devising a strategy for optimal product and POS material placements to enhance sales and market visibility.
  • Achieving certification in customer/consumer engagement skills and consistently demonstrating proficiency within the Territory.
  • Cultivating client readiness and capacity to collaborate with the Company on essential business elements and drivers to expedite the transformation of the tobacco industry, and to boost market share.
  • Establishing and nurturing business relationships with local chains and distributors to enhance sales and advocate for Reynolds brands through personal communication and influence, retail visits, and presentations.
  • Implementing the 5Ps strategy of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling to customers and adult nicotine consumers.
  • Analyzing the territory to pinpoint and negotiate agreements with new retail customer opportunities.
  • Partnering with Division Manager on territory-specific customer and sales planning, company product initiatives, and enhancing market share within the territory.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
