MNRK Music Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in New York or Los Angeles. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing assigned artist releases from inception through album cycle, and will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of a music release project. You will serve as the main point person for the day-to-day management of your assigned US release campaigns by ensuring proactive communication and oversight on all logistics. To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly organized multi-tasker who knows how to effectively prioritize a heavy workload, an excellent communicator, a natural relationship-builder, and an effective collaborator.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Serving as the main internal and external point of contact for an artist/manager and overseeing campaigns from inceptions through completion.
  • Working with artist, management, & key staff to understand who the artist is, background on the project, and goals/objectives.
  • Overseeing marketing budgets for artist campaigns.
  • Tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and updating project information.
  • Supporting all departments in efforts to develop & grow artists on the roster.
  • Developing, executing, and implementing marketing ideas, campaigns, and timelines.
  • Liaising with commerce & marketing teams on advertising and social media campaigns around artist releases & events.
  • Interfacing with publicists, agents, radio promotion and other 3rd party partners.
  • Creating one sheets and updates to be shared internally and with key partners.
  • Setting up releases for digital and physical production with operations, creative, and commerce teams.
  • Staying up to date with developments in the music industry.
  • Attending label events and artist shows.

What Makes You Qualified:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion, knowledge, and experience working across a diverse mix of artist campaigns.
  • A love and knowledge of music; knowledge of artists and familiarity with the labels at MNRK Music Group.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • A driven self-starter, with a pro-active approach.

This is a hybrid role that will require you to commute to our office a minimum of three days a week.
