Responsibilities of the Supply Network Manager:

  • Planning and Forecasting: Analyze data to develop accurate supply forecasts and integrate market intelligence.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and align inventory levels with company goals, optimize turnover, and reduce costs.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, align plans, and manage the supply process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements for efficient supply planning.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize tools for analyzing data and presenting findings to support decision-making.
