About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of forward-thinking solutions addressing intricate supply chain and logistics challenges.
  • Develop solutions that impact supply chain operations, optimize processes, and amplify the effectiveness of spares, warehousing, decommissioning, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine capability road-maps outlining the development and integration of new technologies, tools, and systems required to implement proposed solutions.
  • Drive the development of innovative solution designs leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to address challenges of the reverse logistics.
  • Provide design integrity leadership through the program life-cycle and implement business/process changes, and provide thought leadership to identify and implement supply chain capabilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
