A Program Manager at Google leads complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Responsibilities- Provide project leadership, subject matter expertise, and build organizational support to drive strategic supply chain programs.
- Define business requirements in conjunction with functional owners and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to enhance or develop new supply chain capabilities.
- Structure and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives by developing operational plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing compelling, insightful recommendations.
- Drive quality, speed, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work, identifying and implementing best practices, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation.
- Maintain well organized, clear, and concise documentation to ensure that program requirements are fulfilled, establish easy traceability and timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned and well informed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in global supply chain in a related technical/networking field.
- Experience in driving supply chain programs, including development, implementation of supply chain systems/processes.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with large datasets, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions from data.
- Experience in change management.
- Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
