Description:

You will be part of an Agile scrum team within a Software Engineering Organization. Our team is responsible for developing OMS/UCI services, including software development leveraging today's latest techniques in developing DevSecOps pipelines and operating containerized products in a Kubernetes environment.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing DevSecOps pipelines and operating containerized products in a Kubernetes environment
• Software development, including requirements analysis, high-level and detailed design, coding, integration, and test, is required (C++, Java, Python)

***Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance, with an Interim Secret clearance to start. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.***
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in computer science, computer engineering, and/or electrical engineering.
• Embedded real-time systems experience
• C/C++, Java, Python experience
• Linux and associated development toolchains experience
• Agile methodology and tools in the development, integration, and test of complex software systems and environments experience
Desired Skills:
• Rhapsody, MagicDraw, or Other Model-Based Software Development
• C#, PERL
• Agile SW Development experience
• DevSecOps experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
• Strong decision making and judgment
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to Travel

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
