As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointment requests, ensuring the company is able to meet and exceed their service deliverables from a quantitative and qualitative perspective for all referrers at all times.

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will:

  • Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role

  • Provide the best possible experience to patients experiencing cognitive behavioural therapy

  • Support every step of the patient journey, from referral to discharge

  • Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations

  • Liaise with patients to book appointments and ensure the best use of everyone's time

  • Enjoy a varied range of responsibilities - from Booking appointments, taking phone calls, Booking procedures, maintain accurate and up to date records of all patients.
